After the great success of the summer and autumn vivencias, we’re doing it again this winter for the pleasure of dancing together, getting together or discovering biodanza.
Then we dance!
Time: 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Price: $20
First we dance and we bring something delicious to share for a little potluck snack afterwards.
This time, we will dance inside. But if the weather is still mild, we’ll dress to dance outside…

In the desire to further concretize the beauty and the strength of our solidarity bond to support, protect and nourish life, I propose an activity of collection of objects of necessity for the organization Dans la Rue which works with young people (and less youth) homeless in Montreal.
The requirements are as follows:
Blankets
Sleeping bags
Savings
Warm clothes
Pants
Underwear
Personal hygiene products (toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, shampoo, deodorant, hygienic towels, tampons, kleenex…)
Non-perishable foodstuffs

The wisdom of pleasure 1

To assume what one enjoys is to reveal who one is.
Dance is a privileged moment of intensification of desire, pleasure, ardor to live, deep connection. At the heart of the fully inhabited movement, hedonistic intelligence reveals the most vital part of our identity.
But contemporary life is rich in adulterated pleasures, vain excitements and artificial ideal attractions.
We can rehabilitate the wild forest that shelters and nourishes our original luxuriance, the fauna and flora of our desires as Humans, men / women, unique individuals and made for love. In the relationship to the Feminine and the Masculine in oneself, in the relationship to the Other, in the sumptuous paradoxes of preference and communion, of affirmation and affinity, of the defined and the possible, of Self and of Love, dance brings us back to the source, to the inextinguishableness of desire and to the infinitely reinvented arborescence of its expression.
This course offers an exploration of identity through the wisdom of pleasure. that dance and encounters irrigate our flesh with a primordial wisdom: to desire desire and to love our pleasure.
(Guillaume Husson created and directs ECBTO. Creator in particular of “From man to man” and “Loves, dependencies and attachments” courses, he specializes in the return of Dyonisos.

This unique practice which, through danced movement, music and encounters, invites us to give ourselves permission to simply be this life that we are. In joy, pleasure, lightness and depth, rediscover the pleasure of finding yourself, of nourishing yourself and of expressing yourself authentically in the links to yourself, to others and to life.
Biodanza is a practice of global fulfillment of identity that invites everyone to develop autonomy, creativity, vitality, pleasure, relaxation, authenticity to transform their existence towards more happiness, pleasure and joy of living. By means of simple exercises, on varied music and with our fellow human beings. Simplicity, joy, depth and lightness… Biodanza is a big yes to life, to life. It’s a great permission to be fully yourself, found and expressed, one small permission at a time…
