MarieClaire studied French literature at the Université de Montréal after which she worked in the fashion world as a fashion stylist for 16 years. This fulfilled her taste for harmony, elegance, esthetics and creativity. However she continued searching for ways to link the many sources of her passion, namely, human nature, physical and psychological health, global well-being as well as dance and movement.
Alongside her career, she pursued studies in homeopathy, helping relationships, Biodanza, Pilates and Nia Technique™. She also practiced these activities. With time, coherence set in naturally. These approaches support people in helping themselves, in learning to trust their own forces, and bringing their own beauty into the light.
This is done firstly by strengthening the healthy part in oneself. As we reinforce what is strong, we can take care of our vulnerabilities. Then we can care for our global being. Homeopathy, Pilates, Biodanza and Nia Technique™ consider the person as a whole, in its integrity, without dissociating the mind from the body. In so doing all 4 approaches restore a possibility of harmony of one’s whole being.
MarieClaire claims it is her greatest pleasure to help people take care of themselves and that a new delicious perception of coherence, as well as a perfect sense of the esthetic of movement, of our own existence and all of life in general can only spring from newly found comfort, well-being and pleasure.
